Sarah is a hospitality professional with 20 years' experience in the hotel industry. She has a wealth of knowledge in Sales and Marketing, having worked with large hotel chains and independent, boutique hotels. Sarah has a strong understanding of all key market segments and the importance of the sales process in driving food and beverage and rooms revenue profit. Sarah’s passion and natural ability to engage with customers and offer the right solution has led her into a very successful career driving sales teams and growing revenue.  She brings innovative ideas and an incredible work ethic to the team.

With over 20 years' experience in the industry, Kate is known for her in-depth knowledge of the industry and driving innovation and strategy in an intricate environment with a performance focused approach.

As an experienced Commercial Leader, Kate has implemented national strategies and delivered distribution solutions across hotels and global travel accounts. She has doubled the market share of global strategic accounts and created motivated and award- winning teams. Skilled in marketing, negotiation, stakeholder management, partnerships, strategy, and business development.

DENIELLE MCSHANE - CONSULTANT

Denielle is a respected sales and marketing professional with over two decades of experience working for global hotel brands and destinations.

Denielle’s success stems from driving revenue across the diverse sectors of leisure, business events and corporate – all whilst supporting and growing high performing teams. Over her tenure she has worked in collaboration with stakeholders including hotel owners, government, convention bureau's, industry suppliers and Destination Marketing Organisations.

More recently Denielle has started her own consultancy which saw her join Ananas Consulting in 2022 along with the lead in marketing for some of Accor’s recent hotel openings, including the Porter House Hotel Sydney-MGallery and Hotel Morris Sydney

KENDAL ERKIET - CONSULTANT

Kendal has been involved in the hotel industry for over ten years where she has a proven background focusing on MICE business whilst also having experience in marketing and sales roles. Having begun her hotel journey in operational roles she understands how hotels work day to day and it's this experience that allows her to marry what the client needs with the operational requirements of the hotel.

Sue is a highly experienced sales professional who brings a 360° perspective to the travel sales process having held senior leadership roles for 20 years in Corporate, MICE & Travel Trade sales for a range of global hotels as well as international and domestic, Tourism & Convention Bureaux. Sue is skilled in sales strategy, planning and contract negotiation with the ability to build, manage and retain key partnerships to achieve optimal sales growth.

SUSAN MAGI - CONSULTANT

Susan is a highly accomplished sales & marketing tourism executive with over 30 years’ experience developing and delivering positive commercial outcomes for domestic and internationally recognised convention and leading hotel and resort clients.  

She has a proven track record in successfully establishing and driving critical marketing and sales strategies while maintaining a high level of stakeholder engagement with key market clients, industry, convention bureaus and hospitality business owners. Susan maintains a collaborative and energetic approach ensuring agreed stakeholders’ needs are consistently delivered

JESSICA FONSEKA - CONSULTANT

Jess is a sales professional with 17 years of dedicated experience in the hotel industry. Having grown her skills and expertise through operational roles, her journey has spanned over various 3 to 5-star hotels, all under globally recognised brands. 

Over the past 13 years, she has focused on Sales, particularly in the Corporate and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments. Her roles have encompassed account management, business development, as well as reporting and analytics. She prides herself on being a dedicated and enthusiastic worker who excels in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
