We provide a holistic hotel management service. Using extensive experience gained with a number of major global brands and smaller boutique hotel groups, we will assist hotels to set up key objectives and follow through to meet cash flow projections and capital cost expenditures.

 

Clients are assisted to develop annual business plans, budgets, cost and purchasing controls and all essential foundation corporate documentation. Sales and marketing and public relations plans that drive revenue are geared to markets through a variety of distribution channels across the world. 
 

Clients are kept informed through performance management reports generated to track revenue performance, profit margins and other main key performance indicators (KPIs) designed to ensure the hotel delivers on its promised performance.
